Do I need to book to hire a E-Bike?
Yes , book online and choose dates and length of hire period and ADD TO CART.
You will need to upload your photo id and pay a security deposit
What do I get when I hire a E-Bike?
- You receive a helmet or you can bring your own if you prefer.
- All E-Bikes will be charged for up to 50 kilometres so no need to charge.
- Rear rack on bike with 25 kg carry capacity.
- Front and rear lights
Is there Parking Available?
Free street parking is available at pickup location or there is a parking next door
What should I bring along for my ride?
- Bring suitable footwear
- Suitable clothing for weather conditions and sunblock
- A water bottle
- Bring a camera for lots of photo
- A mobile phone to let us know if you need advice or assistance
What Hire Periods are available?
- 0 – 1 Hour $30 including GST
- 1 – 2 Hours $35 including GST
- 2 – 4 Hours $40 including GST
- 4 – 8 Hours $50 including GST
- 8 – 24 Hours $100 including
How far can you go on one full battery charge?
The range depends on many factors, including the weight of the rider and luggage, how much the rider pedals, hills, pedal assistance level used and maintenance of the bike like tyre pressure and brake clearance. Therefore it is only possible to give estimates of the range.
A 250w, 36V 10Ah battery bike has a typical range between 20km to 50km; a 36V 16Ah battery has a typical range between 32 to 80km.
This can be less or more depending on the individual circumstances.
Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy is –
– less than 7 Days notice 50 percent refund
– less than 3 days notice no refund
What if it Rains ?
Minor unsettled weather is to be expected from time to time. You should be prepared with suitable attire if this happens.
In the event of severe rain or wind your booking can be rescheduled with a credit for next time use, or we will offer a full refund.
